Investment Opportunity
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, We are looking for multiple investors for the AAEG – ALBINA – AGRICULTURA – ENERGY Group project:- Green Energy
- Hydrogen H²
- Bio Animal Feed
- CO² Certificates
Investment Details
At least 4 existing farm operations are to be purchased and taken over. The estimated investment per BIO – alfalfa hay cultivation farm amounts to €167 million, plus soft costs, bringing the total to €175 million per BIO farm in southwest Romania along the Danube.
Production Process & Logistics
The new BIO production process is to be implemented on the farm premises with a B-plan, independently of existing buildings. This allows us to guarantee planning, a clean production process, and optimized logistics for the goods. The new construction on the farm premises enables an optimal, efficient production workflow, taking into account building regulations for agriculture, forestry, and GREEN ENERGY, including GREEN HYDROGEN H² production.
Special Features of AAEG
We have some standard components intelligently connected on our farm. Our water reservoirs also serve as electricity generators at night, similar to the principle of pumped-storage power plants. We have relied on the technology of Voith & Sulzer, which has successfully implemented a similar project in Salzburg.
Energy Production & Sustainability
We generate our own energy through the thermal utilization of our own biomass, which is required for drying, operating the facilities, and producing hydrogen. Our energy sources consist of:
- Solar power (PV)
- Biomass
- Hydropower
Apart from the diesel needed for our vehicle fleet, we are self-sufficient, providing a major cost advantage of €8 million per year compared to our competitors.
Vehicle Fleet
We will cooperate with only two manufacturers for our vehicle fleet:
- Volvo – for transport
- Claas – for fieldwork
We have maintenance contracts with both manufacturers, ensuring minimal downtime. Agricultural machinery has been optimally selected and assembled specifically for the AAEG project.
